In 'Undetermined Risk' the horse is symbolic of our choices; he has already chosen to act and flies over the flames which threaten failure. Another horse gazes at the viewer, peering out from behind the jumper. This horse is the sub conscious, which supports us when we decide to follow our heart. Where the horse will land, is uncertain, once the decision is made to put faith in something, all one can do is take the plunge into the unknown, but choosing to act can be the most empowering part of it all.
